Am I eligible for Over 60s Discounts?

Our discount scheme is available to anyone over the age of 60. It doesn't matter whether you are retired or still working, as long as you are aged 60+ you are welcome to join.

How do I join?

It's really easy to become a member and it only takes a couple of minutes to register. Go to our registration form and enter the details requested on screen so you can start taking advantage of our deals!

How much does it cost to join? 

You can join our scheme for free. That's right, it is 100% free to be a member and always will be. We firmly believe in giving something back to those that have worked all of their life and now deserve a few perks! If you aren't already a member you can sign up here.

I've forgotten my password, how do I log in?

We've all done it at some point. Thankfully, we are here to help you gain access to your account. If you have forgotten your password, then please follow these steps:

1) Firstly, head over to the Sign In page and click the ‘Forgot Password’ option.

2) After clicking the ‘Forgot Password’ option, you will be asked to enter an email address linked to your member account. From here, you will be sent a password reset email with clear steps on how you can change your password.

3) Sometimes, these emails can end up in your Junk/Spam, so make sure you check your Junk/Spam folder when searching for the password reset email.

4) If you are struggling to change your password after following the steps provided, then please contact us detailing the issues you are having and your full name.

Once you have provided information to validate your account, we can search for your account on our system, process your request, and help you change your password.

I can't log in

Issues logging into your account? We are sorry to hear that. Let’s fix that issue! If you have issues logging into your account, please send us an email outlining your name and the issue to contact@over60sdiscounts.co.uk. Ideally, it would be best to send an email from the email address you registered with us. By providing us with this information, we can then check our system to verify your details and resolve the problem.

How can I delete my account?

We don't like to lose our members because we know you will miss out on great savings. If you do wish to leave our discount scheme and have your member data deleted, please email us from the email address registered to your member account at contact@over60sdiscounts.co.uk.

Please include your full name and details of your request.

How do I redeem the offers?

Found a discount you like? Great! All you have to do is click ‘Get Code’. You will then be provided with a voucher code to use at checkout on the brand's website. Copy the code then use it to purchase a product on the brand’s website.

We also provide printable vouchers and e-vouchers, which you can use in-store. All of the information is provided in the T&C's on each offer page.

Where can I get a discount?

The discounts currently listed on our website can be found via the search bar or by the category menu option. If you cannot find a specific deal or brand on our website, then we don’t have that specific offer available at this time.

While we might not have the specific offer you are looking for, we have incredible deals with lots of well known brands, so why not take a look around our site? You could find a fabulous alternative or an exciting new brand.

Do you provide a discount card?

Currently, we do not provide a discount card, as all our discounts are claimed through our website.
