Frequently Asked Questions

❓

Does Currys offer a price match guarantee?

Yes, Currys has a Price Promise that means they'll match any product against any other UK retailer, both online and in-store. They'll even match discount codes, so you can shop with confidence knowing you're getting the best deal available. If you spot the same product cheaper elsewhere, Currys will match it — full stop.

❓

Can I collect my order in store instead of waiting for delivery?

Absolutely — you can order online and collect for free from any of their 300 stores. If the item is in stock at your chosen store, you may even be able to pick it up on the same day. Do note that mobile phones ordered online aren't available for in-store collection.
